I would like to remove the property

Please note this is only a Partner community. You will need to submit your request through your Extranet. Please send a message via the Inbox tab > Booking.com messages > Compose new message > Terminate contract. Then your local partner support will assist you.

I have tried to go through my inbox on my extranet but it will not allow me to write an email

Hi Redcliffe, 

 

Once you are in the Booking.com Messages section found under the Inbox tab, you will need to follow the below steps:

  1. On the right side, click on ‘See Contact Options’
  2. Select Account -> Other
  3. At the bottom of this section, select See all contact options, and select Message. Make sure that you select Terminate contract as the topic.
