I'd like to cancel a booking

double booked room.  



I think nowadays we could not cancel the booking. previously easily we could go through reservation detail and then click for cancel the booking. but nowadays it is not working thus if arrival date is at hand just for it and do no show.



Thanks for your response.  my guest is arriving from China and I have tried to explain why I need to cancel but I don't think he speaks Chinese - there is no response.  Thanks anyway
