im trying to find out your contect number

I have been adding same coustomer name every day in do not rent list and still she is abale to do the reservation on line im trying to get her out from my property , so my request to you not rent the room for her from tomorrow . Guest name is ***,***  ph number is for her *** . My request is not to reserve room for her on my Property.

FYI : This went unnoticed due to you replying to your own topic as first reply. It gets moved from the Unanswered list when you do that.

    1. So unless you use the Report Guest feature on the Extranet Reservation Details page, then tick Block from future bookings , they can.
    2. Is this where you were adding them? or something else?  
  2. As this is time sensitive, pick up the phone and call Partner Support, see below 3 options

You could actually notify her they payment must be  prepaid via X,Y, Z or must pay in cash on arrival.

 

That would put a stop to it.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
