Instant Bookings

Hello! I recently listed my property. I do not want to allow guests to book instantly. I would like to review their reservation request before confirming to ensure the utmost service. How do I do that?

It appears you never read anything nor watched the How It Works video prior to registering as a property partner.

 

This will never be a thing, simply close availability /rooms until you are ready to go live.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
