Instructions on how to unblock a cancelled booking

Hi There, My guest has cancelled their booking, however the dates are still blocked in my calendar. I am unable to unblock them and have not been able to get in contact with anyone at Booking.com for assistance. Their phone line has been having tech difficulties for many days and my email via Intranet has not been addressed. This is super frustrating and is possibly causing me losing guests. Has this happened to anyone before and if so how have you rectified it?
