I got a message regarding my account suspension but I would like to inform that due to the pandemic we were not accepting bookings and now when has opened guests are booking but when I am asking them to pay online due to the pandemic they are cancelling the booking and when I am raising the cancellation they are saying they want to stay but due to online method they will not accept cancellation . Moreover we have paid all the invoices till the last time guests stayed in my property. We didn't receive any bookings so how can we and why shall we pay the invoice.? Kindly look into this matter and remove my account from suspension.
