**Reminder you cannot post action requests in the Partner Hub, nothing will ever happen ***




As you may not realise, Partner Hub is only partners and the occasional Community Staff appearance.  

This has no relation to the main BdC support Team nor the Guest Customer Service Team.


Also they wont do that for you anyway. They will tell you to look on the Extranet at the reservation details page to see the confirmation is has been cancelled.  

Which also means refunded if you confirmed the Guest's request or if you initiates the cancellation then that means by doing so you authorised the refund too.

After that there is no further action for you. i.e. the refund is between BdC and the Guest. which typically can be up to 10 days.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
