Welcome , you are only addressing fellow partners and not direct BdC Support team.
The simple answer is you cannot, that is not a feature of the Extranet.
Nice idea .
What you could do is duplicate an existing photo and put that text on it , then order it in the photo view to be second so it shows.
You can also under Extranet > Property > View my description.
Submit a note to be in the FINE PRINT area on listing.
