Label Genius doesn't showw

Dear all,

Our property joined Genius since 2016 but the label Genius was never shown on the website

(ie the yellow flag with "Genius" written in white color) May I ask if you have the same condition - how can we change regarding that?

 

Genius helps a lot and we'd like to have more visibility among other Genius customers!

Genious label is only visible to guests that are Genious guests.

Oh really, my bad then. 

How are rates shown to genious guests? Does a genious see already a discounted rate or they see a base rate with extra 10% - 15% discount?

 

Other properties in your area have genious label?

No, it's still base rate - no Genius discount was applied

I log in with a level 1 Genius account

But we arrange the Genius discount for both level 1 and level 2.

Strange.. Perhaps contact Booking.com through extranet. 

 

I also arrange Genius discount for both levels and we receive many genious bookings.But unfortuantely I am not able to see how my proeprty is presented to genious bookers because I don't have the status as a booker.

 

Your recent Genius booking that you received, were discounts applied?

They were applied so we still have Genius guests

It looks like only level-2 Genius guests can book Genius

While we want level-1 Genius guests to have discount as well

I'm checking with Booking.com, hope to hear from them soon
