Large group



I have a hostel and Im taking bookings for whole rooms rather than individual dorm beds. I have some doubles aswell. I am following govt guidelines about covid.


Anyway I got a booking last night where one person has booked 6 rooms for 25 people. 


I messaged them straight away sayin that I could only accept 2 households with social bubbles.


How can I cancel or amend their booking without incuring fees/penalties from

Hi Lee,


Simply message them via the reservation details page of what the next step will be, then simply click Request To cancel and choose option2

this makes sure its a full refund, or if they initiate it and request waiver you ca naccept to waive fees.
