Leasing one of my properties at a monthly rent
Hi,
When and if the Corona Virus pandemic comes to an end I may want to lease my MariaTownHouse for 1 year or more. The lessees are a very nice couple who have asked me to rent the guesthouse to them.

Obviously I would like to keep my partnership with Booking.com and to keep managing my other two properties namely the Beachfront Apartment

Back to MariaTownHouse, how can I go about introducing the new lessee? I assume Booking.com would require ........
1) the name of the lessee
(2) his bank account number
(3) his/her email address
The lessee would like to step into my shoes and do all the work : taking the bookings from Bk.com and keeping the records, welcoming the guests, see to their every need, do the cleaning and the laundry and get paid directly into his/her bank account.
Please note that I am doing this because all the work is getting too much for my wife and myself. Please advise.

unless BdC say otherwsie, you have to delist it, and they list it as theirs.
I would try ask BdC Partner Support if the ownership can be ' cut and paste' into a new account under which only they have access.
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.

I think that the solution you suggested is the most straightforwaed if BdC agrees to it.
The problem with it is that the new lessee wd have to start from scratch, without any reviews etc. losing all the goodwill.
I wd prefer if possible the cut and paste method that you mentioned - - just changing name, bank account and emai.
