Locals making bookings

Hi!

I am wondering what people do about locals booking into there accommodation?

For us they tend to be guests that cause the most problems, young kids booking to use for parties, older adults who are temporary homeless due to misbehaviour & use our place for more misbehaviour.  I have also heard that people have used places like ours for drug deals - this could happen & without 24hr surveillance we would have no idea.

Some do book for families or emergencies/home maintenance issues so hard to know.

There is no way to distinguish, and  you have auto confirmed bookings.

Yes installing  camera connected to internet might help, along with deposits if booked for 3 or more people.
