On the topic of Role Based Access Control / RBAC as its known in IT.
There is under the Extranet on top right a user menu, named after the property, i.e. the first circle menu,
Drop down and you will see Contacts under which you can define email addresses for the various roles.
Also have a look at the submenu option called Create Users.
