Making Contact wth Booking.com

My first payment has failed to go to my bank, I wanted to change the IBAN number to go to a different bank account but it says "Please provide a valid account number". have tried using the message service and had no reply so I would like to try and telephone to fix the problem.

Does anyone know how I can telephone and get help please ? Apparently I should have a contact number in my extranet but I can see it after an hour of looking.
