Making your property active on Bookings.com

So I have made sure that I my calendar is up to date and is synced with air bnb however when I check my listing on bookings.com it doesn't even come up! It states the following "this property has no availability on our site" does it just take some time in order to update on the website. Surely it is instant?

Hi Tammy,

 

Be very careful do not enable cal sync with another OTA, unless you are using a 3rd party Channel manager service 

 

syncbnb.com, beds24, nobeds, cloud beds, 

 

yes it can take some time initially and reports of anything from, minutes to an hour to hours.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Do you know how I get the location of my property correct? I have done it correctly on the location pin (google maps) but I see that when I look for my property on Bookings.com under the location "Scarborough" my property does not come up? I need to change where it says "Cape Town" to "Scarborough" but how do I do that? See screenshot below:
