Manage room availability after guest cancelation

Do rooms automatically re-open after a guest cancels them even if I've kept the room as "closed" on the availability? 

Is there a way to keep a room "closed" even after a guest already cancels?

Hi 

 

Depending on the timing, the room booking cancellation status, should free up inventory to +1 once the process is completed.

So no it will not stay closed, you would have to close that room type or be ready to alter the calendar list view inventory count for those dates.

Hi Oasis Tagaytay Prime,

 

To help maximise your availability, we do allow for auto-replenishment of rooms if they are cancelled and the room is still open and bookable. However, if the room is manually closed, you can restrict this function under Settings in your Calendar page > Auto Replenishment > Auto Replenishment of closed dates > No.
