Managing a friends property

A friend would like to advertise her property on Booking.com but has asked me to manage it on her behalf. I have 3 existing properties on Booking.com myself but I dont want to become a channel manager as such. Would it be easier if I just add my friends property to my own and manage it as if it was one of mine? I can just add her bank details so she receives the rental income, invoices, tax info etc ....

Any help and advice would be much appreciated?

Thanks, James

Hi James,

Contact Partner Support as legally you likely will have to create it all under her name and her email address and not your own.

If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
