Massage from a guest

Hi, we received a massage from a guest (no booking) and cannot find the massage (extranet / puls)

You can validate a booking by asking for the fullanme , surname and reservation number, enter one of these into the search box on top of extranet page or go to the reservations list page for the dates they claim to have booked.


if you cant find it with those 3 items then they didnt book..


also your calendar for the check in date would  also show if free or not.


you could ask them to forward the booking email to you too

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
