Message as unread, but reservation has been canceled

Hello, Since 2 days we have joined Booking.com. Due to a beginners-mistake (accomodation open in stead of closed) we have had 2 bookings, those have been canceled by booking.com. 1 Message from a booking is stil on unread, but I can not delete the message. Does anyone know what to do? Everytime I log on, there seems to be a new message, which there is not :).

This can be frustrating but doesn't really cause any problems.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we are unable to help with this.  Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet.

Thank you Sharonpowney, I had to reply to the costomers' question to remove the "new message" icon. I just did that, although the reservation was allready canceled :/. Marjoleine

Ah - easily solved when you know how.  I think you can also mark it as 'no reply needed' so it clears, as often it is the end of the conversation.
