Minimum length of stay

Hi, i set the minimum length of stay to 4 nights, and guest managed to book 2 nights only? What is the problem?

 I think you should contact BDC directly through your Extranet inbox tab...

  • Open the reservation details page,
  • scroll down to the cost and break down.
  • Note the names of rate plans, promotions and the %

Still will tell you what promotions + rate plan is causing it , then go edit or recreate promotion with the correct number of days
