minimum night problem
Hi, i have set a 5 night minimum stay policy through booking .com at our property but a guest has managed to secure a 1 night stay which is not acceptable. How do i go about cancelling without affecting scores please

JUst be sure you absolutely want to, as you may have to pay relocation invoice.
NExt step phone partner support to review your setup to see how it happened.
Or open calendar list vciew for that date range to see and expand all rate plans per room type to see if any rates or promos when expanded show a lower min length of stay etc
