Minimum Stay

Hi, I have set a minimum stay of 3 nights via my channel manager, eviivo. When I make a test booking on it just comes up as "This property has no availability on our site from 7 Dec to 8 Dec."It is available but not for one night. It is not a very friendly message and I will loose business. How do I get in to flash up "minimum stay 3 nights"?
