Minimum stay

Hi I have set up on my channel manager a minimum stay of 3 days and someone has just booked through booking.com a 2 night stay, how has this happened and how do I change

HI Steve

If the 3rd party CM is overriding the BdC calendar then you need to go to the Channel Manager support team.

 

What channel manager website did you sign up on?

 

Did you check what features are  not covered by the CM? It might be that it does not set the restrictions, but  most do.

Hi Steve,

Did you create a new rate plan in Booking.com? If this new rate plan or promotion is not mapped with Channel Manager, the minimum stay policy you set on Channel manager is not applied to Booking.com

We have a two night stay minimum. Someone booked two nights and then modified down to one night later.  How is this possible? Surely the Booking.com algorithm should say no - stay two nights or cancel.  Has anyone else had this issue?
