"Minimum Stay" default does not work

I have a minimum f a two night stay policy, but I am still getting one night reservations. I have check settings and it clearly states min 2 bight!


Have you checked in your calendar?  Open calendar in List view and then open on left.  What does Minimum stay say?  You need to set Restrictions whenever you set new Rates.

If you still think it is a technical issue then contact help team using Inbox icon on Extranet (Option messages) or give help team a call see link for local phone numbers.

Have in mind that sometimes system might not work right...check again and make sure you save changes...

If you have more than one Policy make sure all Policies have min night stay you desire.
