Minimum Stay problem. Reservation to cancel


It's my 1st post. Sorry if I'm not in the right spot ! Got a 1 night reservation (April 12th) although 2 or 3 nights minimum is set and I wish to cancel the booking. 

I contacter the guest to let him know but didn't get an answer and I want to make sure he won't need to pay and more important, that this does not happen again.

Hi Emgie,

You should get in touch with your Booking.com customer service or your Booking.com Account manager as it deals with any reservation you have loaded. If there is a system error, they will be able to deal with it.
