Monthly booking rates NOT WORKING

I have just alerted the team via Extranet but am alerting everyone here as well.

The new monthly rates (over 28days) are not working. It's all set up in our calendar but only visible to bookers for 28, 29 and 30 day selections. Anything longer is overridden by the ***max. 30 day booking*** alert and impossible for a guest to do.

A big bug in the machine that needs sorting!

I've had a response from the support team, the important part is;

" ...later this year they are starting with the 45 days and hopefully by end year for the 90 days which you mentioned. "

This does fly in the face of the original announcement of monthly rates are NOW available, to access, set up in your calendar.

Oh well...

I have deleted my monthly rate as it is only a farce at the moment. To truly offer a monthly rate you should be starting at 60 days, not the 45 you are intending. Since when is 45 days "monthly"? Monthly means repeated MONTHS.

The basic idea needs a rethink.
