Hi I am not sure what is happening as I have my minimum stay set at 3 days,but for some reason I am getting bookings for only 1 night which we do not accept.I have messaged the person and told them of this but the booking is still on my calendar .How can I resolve this matter?

Hi David,

 

Review all promotions you have setup so that the min length of nights is correctly set.

Rate Menu > RatePlans also have option to set minimum nights.
