We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Hi Leana

 

  • Welcome to the Partner Community  ; addressing only partners and community team.  
  • Read Community Guidelines do not post  email address.  
  • No one will contact you and  BdC Support do not monitor this community for support requests.  
  • Open your Extranet Calendar, in List view.
  • Expand the left column for rate plans and promotions.
  • Now review the extended fields rows across by day/date etc to find the true status of that room type for those dates.

 

Its generally one of 3 things

 

  • Open /Close status is closed
  • Inventory count is 0
  • a promotion or extended field such as min length of stay for differs to the point of preventing search results showing a room type being available with a count if at least 1 available.
