If you mean how to other partners deal with late check outs , it will vary depending on accommodation type.

Suggestions for Late Checkouts
Use prepay only or pay on arrival, and the guest can self checkout.
If the guest wishes to checkout later due to a later flight, I usually offer the option of storing the luggage while they go off and kill some time. i.e. They still have to vacate the room by check out time listed.
They simply come back later and pickup the luggage.
If you use keyless locks or door codes, you could have them expire if that's a vendor feature for said lock.
Rooms : adding additional
So it can be a bit tricky as there is a glitch that can happen.
Normally you just go to the Property Page > Room Detail.
From here you can create a room.
Note if you do not see the + option to do so, that is the glitch I mentioned, and you need then to contact BdC support advisor and they will create it for you .
Regarding late check-outs, my guest rules (including our mandatory 11 a.m. check-out time) are framed and displayed where guests will see them.
I have large clocks in each guestroom and our guests' TV lounge to remind guests of our 11 a.m. check-out time.
