My availability has me closed, I’ve tried to re-open but I’m getting no where. Also, tried calling the Dublin and Uk offices but.nothing As are first up on Google it is causing an unfair situation.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with this. Are you closed or have you not got everything set up correctly?

To check your setup Open Rates & Availability, Calendar - use List view.  Dates should be in Green if available.  If not look at if Open/Closed, rooms available, Rates set.  You can use a Bulk edit to update if needed.

Contact help team using Inbox icon on Extranet (Option messages) or give help team a call see link for local phone numbers.

Just to confirm when you say you contacted dublin and uk offices are you using the public numbers ?

as there is a dedicated team number only found in the Extranet it self and not on the public list. see the guide below.
