My Calendar has an error message - "Something Went Wrong"

My Calendar has an error message - "Something Went Wrong" and it will not refresh. our property is showing on booking.com "We're sorry, but this property is not taking reservations on our site right now." How can I change this and get access to the calendar again. This problem repeats itself on Pulse on my phone and Ipad as well as on the PC on Extranet.

 

Any help and advise will be appreciated

Sounds like a setting corruption, phone Partner Support to fix it.

CTRL+F5 to reset browser cache , see if that works first.

 


Reminder Partner Support will never see this.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
