I always enter Booking with my computer. But now I have problems with it and tried to read and write to my clients through my cell. and I couldn´t. Booking told to verify the device, but the phone never called, and in the Extranet it´s impossible to make it. I would like to have my cell as a solution to answer back to my clients.

If you are having trouble with the Pulse app, it may be worth uninstalling and reinstalling it. You should be able to verify by selecting either a phone call or a text message. If you are having trouble receiving the code, please call your local partner support team as they can also assist with device verification.
