We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

my listing is not visible in the Baltimore

hi 

i just listed in the Baltimore, out of all 75 listings i do not see my listing. Does anyone know what is the cause? i even raised the commission level but still no luck.

Please post the property link so we can see it.

 

You can find it top right 2nd circle menu - 'View my property'. See link below to How-To guide for adding it also to your Partner Profile.

 

Once we can see that it may give clues as to why.

Hi! Zaka and welcome to the Partner Community.

Make sure that your registration has finished.

Check to see in your Calendar if your rooms are open and room no. is not set at 0.

Check your restrictions...min. of stays etc.

If you cannot find call your local BDC office they will support you on the spot.

I have added my listing in my profile, I hope you can see it now. I do have it as 1 option to sell, it's not on 0. I also have no restrictions. Do u know where can I call the Local BDC office? Thank you so much for the help guys.

In the search box I put Baltimore and dates in May for one night....

It was the first listing on top...

Did you try it again???

Maybe you should try your search using another browser.  Sometimes browsers stuck!!!

I make a second search in June for 4 days and again first in the list.

I see you have joined Risk free...
