My payout

Hi all, 

can please someone helps me? I am new in booking.com I have received the payout statement for February and March from booking.com however I haven’t received any amount to my bank account, I have contacted the customer service several times asking for the solution they just reappear saying please wait for your payout, I contacted them several times but messages them answer is just copy paste every time, a specialist will contact you.

so now I really got sick from this situation I am just welcoming the guests but I also have commitments, so please I need to know when  the money will reach out my bank account

Only BdC Partner Support can assist with account queries, we cannot.

All you can do is :

  1. verify bank account is added correctly.  
  2. did you actually sign up for Payments by Booking, if not then you will never see a penny as that is the only payout method that will use your bank account.  
  3. check you are not suspended due to rules , T&C etc..

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thanks BrookAve for the answers, I checked everything i have correct bank details, 

the funny in the situation is by message through inbox very funny answer to wait they will contact me, I wait for several days without any contact, I called them yesterday and today several times the phone number is incorrect 0800 0000457 and 08000000459 what I have never expected and the other phone +20223228520 is out of service, is it possible that big company like booking.com doing this situation ? I didn’t ask something hard only the ID of the money transfer to check with my bank.
