In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Choose Account
Now choose Other
Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
I used the extranet to send messages to booking.com finance depart on numerous occasions, but I did not get any response. I sent them messages in May, June, and July about the same issue but up until today I did not get any reply. I phoned the booking.com helpline numerous times but it seems their hands are also cut off. They said they can just forward the message to finance but that is where it stops. Booking.com is a fantastic site for my business but sort out issues with their finance department is one big nightmare.
Please login to your extranet and see if your property says Open Bookable on the Home page. If not, please reach out to support via your Inbox tab to find out why the property is not live.
You may also want to check if you have loaded rates and availability correctly as well.
You can go to Extranet, top right, 2nd circle menu ,and click the view my listing to see the public listing page and if there is any banner message on it.
But if like you say availability is closed until 5th august, and not open for months after that , that is why it shows as unavailable.
but then on that same page after you check the calendar for a room and week that is open and inventory is at least 1, check those dates on the public page search and see what comes back.

From what you have explained, I believe the property might not be live on Booking.com which is why you cannot see it on the website, but can see availability in the extranet. Please reach out to support as advised to seek further assistance in this matter.

My account says closed/not booksbke but I would expect that as I only have it available from 5th August.

Hi Jo,
Closed/Not bookable means we do not have any rates or availability or the listing is not live.
Check under the Home tab to see if there is a button that says Open my Property.
Otherwise please reach out to support to assist so you can provide them with your direct listing information.
