my property is not bookable

I didnt received the letter with 4 digits code for my property location. The location adresse is 102 Highfield street but my office is located at 26 Carl street, Moncton NB E1A 3R7.

Is it possible the resend me the letter with the 4 digits number at 26 Carl Street adress.

To be clear not having the location verified does not by itself prevent bookings.


If you do not have it by 5 weeks by post, then as Maria said, phone them to request a alternative method.



Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
