my property shows availability on booking.com

I have recently change my room price and availability, now right now in booking.com portal show me no availability on this property .

Please remember to add your property link so Partners can check your availability...

 

Maybe you have restrictions available....

 

You can always call your local BDC office and ask them to check your calendar.

  1. See guide below for contacting BdC.  
  2. I checked your listing for random dates, match 17th, works fine for 1 and 7 nights.  
  3. I see delux and superior both with 2 different rates delux 22- 24, superior 24-26 per night, no prepay.
  4. there is no banner across the top saying no availability.

 

it all seems fine without specific dates where you saw the problem

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
