This is the partner forum not the help desk.  also by adding a second comment you mark your query as answered, so less likely to be picked up.

The review system was changed a while back and we were informed of the change.  However, it is really frustrating when this happens.  Amazed booking.com haven't altered it because all our scores will slowly go down which doesn't look good for them.  Please add your comments to this Featured discussion where we are voicing our concerns.
