nb of guests and variation of price


I am about to reopen my property for guests. And there is one thing I don't understand; I used to be able to accommodate the price according to the nb of guests (it is a one-bedroom apartment that can host up to 4 persons). Does anyone have met the same issue ? Did you manage to get back those rates (according to the nb of people) if yes, how??

if so then i think you are referring to occupancy based rates, you just need to enable it or ask

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
