need to cancel a guest booking

Morning , i have a guest booked in for this saturday. Due to corona i cannot accept this booking. dispite contacting her via telephone, e mail and text she still has`nt cancelled the booking what do i do??

phone BdC support directly  see visual guide below, tell them all that, and that you are unable to due to Covid19, and ask them to contact and cancel the booking.

Possbility you will have to pay for relocation, unless the guest cancels their trip.
