Need to change reservation dates

My guests need to leave early and I am trying to help them change the departure date.

It does not seem to be working and I am unsure as to how to handle the situation.

You cant in general nor does it make sense to do so, as they still owe you for all nights booked.

 

But that can also be your perogative to waive.

 

It would be simpler to just let them checkout and leave as is, but for the dates they are gone, increase the inventory count +1 for that room type for just those dates.

That way you show as having availability.

 

The only other way, is to phone BdC Partner Support.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
