Hi Guys 


So i made a change from 1 night stays to 2 min night stays and it did not make the change, 


I had a gust booking my unit for 1 night and now the money is out of his account, how do I reverse it and cancel this booking?

Send a message to Booking.com via your extranet to ask why a single night stay was allowed. Check your calendar to make sure all dates are minimum 2 nights.

Please remember to edit your Community profile...add your property link so partners can check your property and see if min. nights are set to 1 or 2.

If you have problems fixing it you can call your local booking.com office and they can fix it on the spot.
