New member having problem with location confirmation!

Hello, my name is Nam and ive just listed my apartment on last 3 weeks ago. After I listed the apartment has asked me to wait for the location confirmation till 6/11/2019 there will be a mail directly send to the address of the apartment. However, since then I have not recieve any mail till the date above. I've checked my booking account and choosed the option sending me letter of location confirmation again. I am really concern and worry if the mail will not come then what should I do? is there any other way to confirm my location such as video call.
