no login on mobile phone app

Hi,

I have made a new account for my wife to rent flats as well. I can login on my computer without any problems, but I cant get the login to work on my mobile phone I always get the message: incorrect email or password...

Maybe someone can help me?!

Hi,

on my mobile: the standard "booking.com" App...

on the computer: also the booking-website (used as a host?!)

But I'm not to sure about the apps to be honest

ok, I tried the Pulse-App, it works.

Thanks. But two new questions, please:

1. I'm looking for the possibility to put in cleanung fee for each booking, but I can't find it.

2. Can I put in a standard value (e.g. 2 days) in between bookings for cleaning purposes, or do I need to do it manually in front and behind each booking?
