No show

A guest booked rooms for 4 nights from yesterday 11pm. But not turned up and not picked calls or didnt got any verbal communication from him


Go into the Reservation and click on the No Show button.  You must do this otherwise you will be charged commission by booking.com as they expect that the guest was there.
