Hi All,

With all the updated about Force Majeure Conditions, where do we stand with No Shows- can we still try and charge them the No Show Fee?

A no show is still a no show,so once the day after check in day arrives... either :

1. Guest has contacted you prior to arrival date and you agreed 50% or full refund.Mark it as no-show, and then once you have the payout funds minus the BdC commission offer them 50% of that (i.e. [booking X - commission] / 2

2. Guest has not contacted you at all, the nyou can mark it as no-show and proceed as normal. and if you want to offer 50% refund once the payout is received. via BdC Payments.
