You would expect guests to be logical sensible adults with cop-on to know you are also in the same situation and at least meet you half way ..


i.e.accept 50% refund or 


1. credit for another date in near future 

1. credit for next year

3. credit for same number of nights

4. 50% refund only max


But its disgusting how selfish and entitled some are, and in this partial armagedon, these same selfish ***, are only interested in themselves, expecting 100% and to screw you over.


Its just appauling the utter ***, some people will try to pull.
