Notification message
Good morning, recently we stopped working with Quicktext which (among other things) provided us with messages form guests via Booking.com. However, now we would like to receive a notification via email that a guest has send us a message via Booking.com. When I look at our settings, I can see that we chose the box with 'send us an email whenever a guest sends us an email'. But we do not receive anything. Can you please look into this?

Hello Abdij, since this is only a Partner Community, you should resend your message request through your Extranet inbox directly to booking.com.
