Notify me of same day bookings only

Hello,

 

I would like to know if there is a way to receive last minute or same day bookings by emails only. I want to set up my staff's computer to print these bookings automatically during the time period my reservations department is not in (we don't have a channel manager).

Hi Hakim,

 

While there is not a by email only feature... you could in theory ...

 

  • Use the contacts feature to enable an email address for a copy of the inbound bookings to go to.
  • That mailbox on that computer then receives it
  • Located under the top right first circle menu called Account.
  • Click on contacts
  •  Choose one of the two circled contacts and set email.
