Opening / closing rooms

 

В календаре пытаемся закрыть номера, которые уже забронированы. В календаре это все выходит ОК, но на практике на сайте Booking.com эти номера оказываются открытыми для бронирования. Что делать? Или что мы делаем не то? Спасибо!

We are trying to close in Calendar the rooms that are already booked. In the calendar, it all comes out OK, but in practice on the site Booking.com these rooms are open for booking. What to do? Or what are we doing wrong? Thanks!

depends are you trying to list on more than one OTA website?

 

Dont do it unless you sign up for a 3rd party service - channel manager

 

 

Else phone BdC to review your setup.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
